Be sure it's in the center and well balanced, fore and aft.
The keel sits on a rubber pad in a special reinforced part of the trailer that expects 20,000 pounds.
Then they start building the cradle that supports the hull.
Belly pads add extra support under the engine/transmission.
Then the nail-biter. Is it low enough to go interstate. 13' 8" is the number if I recall. We measured 13' 6".
Adding more bracing.
The rudder fits nicely in a little pocket, just inches from the asphalt.
The clearance from road to trailer is about 3 inches - maybe four. Wouldn't take much of a bump to spray some sparks.
